Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Period

We want you to be satisfied with your course enrollment. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Refund request is made within 30 days of enrollment date
• Less than 25% of course content has been accessed or completed
• Course materials have not been downloaded in their entirety
• Certificate of completion has not been issued

How to Request a Refund

• Course name and enrollment date
• Brief explanation of your refund request

Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• More than 30 days have passed since enrollment
• More than 25% of course content has been accessed
• Certificate of completion has been issued
• Course materials have been downloaded in their entirety
• Account has been terminated for violation of terms

Course Access After Refund

If a refund is issued, your access to the course and all associated materials will be immediately revoked. This includes:

• Course video content
• Downloadable resources
• Community forum access
• Support services

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues. The refund period may be extended in cases where technical problems prevent course access.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. Refunds are issued as full refunds of the course fee or no refund, based on the eligibility criteria outlined above.
